EPA Seeks Public Comment on UST Guidelines

US EPA seeks public comment on draft grant guidelines that will establish requirements for inspecting underground storage tank (UST)systems. States will have to meet the requirements to comply with provisions of the Energy Policy Act of 2005.

US EPA will accept public comments on the draft guidelines until Dec. 22, 2006.
