GES Supports NYS Department of Conservation Provide Clean Drinking Water to North Castle Residents

GES is proud to support the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation on this important project to provide clean drinking water to residents in North Castle. GES was responsible for initially providing bottled water for home use, while preparations were made to install Point of Entry Treatment (POET) systems within each of the homes that could not be hooked to municipal water. If a home could be connected to municipal water, GES coordinated the installation of waterline laterals to connect the home to the existing waterline mains. This work is ongoing with GES managing about 100 systems.
