Preparation of Annual Renewal for Title V Operating Permit for a Newly-Acquired Power Plant

GES assisted our client in preparing their Title V renewal permit. Title V operating permits are required to be renewed every five years. Title V renewals require resubmittal of multiple data forms and compliance demonstrations for each permit unit’s conditional requirements. Administrative permit modifications are allowed during this renewal period. Minor permit modifications are prepared under separate cover and “Authority to Construct”. GES prepared and submitted to the client both an administrative modification and minor permit modification. Our GES subject matter expert’s firsthand, institutional knowledge of the Title V permitting process enabled GES to provide cost-effective and time-saving support.
