General Emergency Generator (GENSET) Permitting
GES has supported the permitting of over 60 emergency generators over the past two years. These generators provide reliability to hospitals, telecommunication and data centers, bio-technology and research, schools, residential complexes, and businesses that require an independent source of electrical power in the event of loss of normal line power supply. Both for life safety requirements and avoidance of production losses, this source of continual power requires air permits and depending on the size of the unit, emission controls. GES provides the permitting knowledge to assist clients secure and comply with the permit requirements of both State and Federal agencies.
